The Recourse Score Network
The live reputation database — a credit bureau for autonomous commerce. Every payment outcome anywhere on the network updates a counterparty's score here, and every agent inherits all of it. Leave this window open while running the demo: scores update within seconds of each run.

How this table makes money: the score sets the price of every payment. The payer buys protection
(escrow + dispute rights, 40–150 bps, cheapest against trusted counterparties) and vendors who qualify pay
~60 bps to be paid instantly while we carry the risk — an underwriting spread priced off this exact table.
Premium score reads are themselves paid API calls at $0.01 per query over x402.

What each tier costs the counterparties — our revenue on every payment: INSTANT · GUARANTEED — payer 40 bps protection + vendor 60 bps to be paid instantly while we guarantee settlement (the underwriting spread). STANDARD / FAST — payer 60–100 bps protection, 1–24 h escrow. EXTENDED — payer 150 bps, 7-day hold: risk priced in. BLOCK — no transaction, no loss. Refusing bad risk is also underwriting. Plus $0.01 per premium score read, paid over x402 by the querying machine. |

Why this table is a business line, not a feature: each row is priced risk. The score gates the payment,
sets the protection fee in basis points, and decides who qualifies for guaranteed instant settlement — the underwriting
spread. Banks pay bureaus for exactly this table about people; nobody owns it for machine commerce. Every dispute we
adjudicate makes it more accurate, and it cannot be forked — a copy of the code starts with an empty table.
